Which trimmer should I choose?
DuoGlide is designed for a two-step trim-and-finish routine. SilkTrim is the simpler compact option for quick bikini-line and body touch-ups. SmoothPro is currently under review and is not yet available for purchase.
Can I use the trimmers on sensitive skin?
Start with a small patch test, use light pressure, and do not use on irritated, broken or infected skin. Results vary by hair and skin type.
Are the devices waterproof?
Only use a device in wet conditions when the product page and included instructions specifically confirm water resistance. Do not immerse a charging handle unless the manual permits it.
How should I clean my trimmer?
Turn it off, remove the head, and follow the included cleaning instructions. Allow removable parts to dry fully before reassembly.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is usually 7–12 business days after dispatch, although delays can occur.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed when available and may take 2–5 business days to begin showing movement.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Returns
Can I return a trimmer?
Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 30 days. Opened or used personal-grooming products are not returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective, damaged or incorrect.
