30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at keno188win@gmail.com before sending the item. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Personal-Care and Hygiene Items
Electric trimmers and other personal-grooming products cannot be returned after they have been opened or used, unless they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. This restriction protects customer hygiene and safety.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service because we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. We will try to cancel the order, but cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has started.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an approved return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
