Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or US territories unless checkout confirms availability.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery is typically 7–12 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within this window, but carrier delays, weather, customs, or address issues may occasionally extend delivery time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free for eligible US orders unless a different charge is shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to show movement after dispatch.

Address Changes

Please review your address before ordering. Contact us within 12 hours if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins, and we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days or the order has not arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, contact keno188win@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the shipping provider and offer an appropriate resolution.

Import Charges

Any duties, taxes, or import charges required by the destination are the customer’s responsibility unless they are collected at checkout or otherwise stated.
